Golden Spike Capital (GSC) is a private investment fund operating out of Wichita, Kansas. GSC originated as a Search Fund in 2012.  After an acquisition in 2013 and highly successful exit in 2018,  GSC now focuses on acquiring and actively managing profitable middle market companies with EBITDA in excess of $1 million and revenue generally between $10 and $75 million.
